Please help me support this unique community-based project devoted to reconciliation and healing of our country’s past treatment of First Nations.
The Earth Caravan is a global intercultural pilgrimage who’s mission is to share peace, happiness, and healing in the world through words, art, music, and Tao Shiatsu therapy.
First Nations communities in Quebec continue to endure the scars of intergenerational trauma as a result of residential schools in the mid-twentieth century. This unaddressed and neglected crisis has resulted in a myriad of negative social, emotional, and psychological effects which continue to impede the positive development of the community as a whole.
In just two weeks, the Caravan will travel to northern Quebec to visit the Innu communities of Mingan and Natasquan. Fifteen Tao Shiatsu therapists and volunteers will embark on the 10-day, three thousand kilometre voyage.
Once on site, the Caravan will provide Tao Shiatsu therapy free of charge to members of the community. Furthermore, the Caravan will offer mindfulness workshops and deep listening circles centred around sharing and positive thinking to parents, grandparents, and children, to help them heal from the effects of trauma.
Earth Caravan Quebec needs your help to return to Mingan and Natasquan. The entirety of your donation will be used to enable the Caravan to improve the lives of Quebec’s Innu communities. The Earth Caravan has no staff to pay and no administrative expenses.

Joignez-vous à moi pour soutenir ce projet communautaire unique, dévoué à la reconciliation et à la guérison du traitement infligé aux Premières Nations par le gouvernement canadien.
La Caravane de la Terre est un pèlerinage interculturel mondial qui a pour mission de partager la paix, le bonheur et la guérison dans le monde, grâce à la communication, l’art, la musique et les traitements thérapeutiques de Tao Shiatsu.
Les communautés des Premières Nations au Québec continuent de souffrir des cicatrices des traumatismes intergénérationnels suite aux placements dans des pensionnats autochtones au milieu du vingtième siècle.
Cette crise non abordée et négligée a entraîné une myriade d’effets sociaux, émotionnels et psychologiques négatifs qui continuent d’entraver le développement positif de la communauté dans son ensemble.
Dans 2 semaines, la Earth Caravan voyagera dans le nord du Québec pour visiter les communautés Innues de Mingan et Natasquan. Quinze thérapeutes et bénévoles s’embarqueront pour ce voyage de dix jours de trois mille kilomètres.
Sur place, la Caravane fournira gratuitement des traitements thérapeutiques de Tao Shiatsu aux membres de la communauté. En plus, la Caravane offrira des ateliers de réflexion et des cercles d’écoute approfondis, axés sur le partage et la réflexion positive envers les parents, les grands-parents et les enfants, afin de les aider à guérir des effets du traumatisme.
La Caravane de la Terre Québec a besoin de votre aide pour pouvoir retourner à Mingan et Natasquan. L’intégralité de vos dons sera utilisée pour permettre à la Caravane d’améliorer la vie des communautés Innues du Québec. La Caravane de la Terre n’a pas de personnel à payer ni de frais administratifs, nous sommes tous bénévoles.
